Brunch at Fogo De Chão

We brunched at the newly opened Fogo De Chao in Lone Tree last weekend, and it was so excellent, we wanted to share the details with you! We selected the “Full Churrasco Experience”. And that is exactly what it was - an experience. Amazingly enough, we attended the restaurant 2 days after they opened and we had NO idea! It ran like a well oiled machine. The staff were knowledgeable and so helpful. From start to finish, everything was top notch!

For starters, we had the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. It’s considered a small plate, but there’s nothing small about these shrimp! They come with a malagueta cocktail sauce, and they were actually the best shrimp we’ve EVER had. Literally still dreaming about them.

On to our Full Churrasco Experience. This option includes unlimited trips to the Market Table, which is an assortment of specialty salads, charcuterie, and fruits and veggies. There was also a waffle and omelette bar, where a chef prepares these items in front of you. The “full’ experiences also includes unlimited meats. As a Brazilian steakhouse, Fogo did not disappoint with cuts of meat available! They were all perfectly cooked with amazing flavor and were extremely tender. They gave us little discs (one side green, one side red) and when we were ready for more meats, we’d turn the disc to the green side. If we preferred not to be disturbed, we kept the disc on the red side. This way, we were able to brunch at our own pace.

Our Favs:

We absolutely loved the Lamb Steak and the Picanha (top sirloin) brought to the table and we thoroughly enjoyed everything on the Market Table. You could easily fill up on these items alone! There is actually an option on the menu to forgo the table-side meats and dine only from the Market table. Our favorite cocktail was the Superfruit Lemonade. It had tons of fresh fruit in it, so it’s basically a health food, right?! And for the finale: the Papaya Cream, fresh papaya blended with vanilla ice cream and topped with a black currant liqueur. This dessert is a must!

We’ve Included pricing of the brunch and other options below. While it is probably a little more than you spend on your typical brunch, we felt the quality and amount of food was WELL worth it! We are already planning to come back for Happy Hour and Half Price Wednesdays!
